What the F just happened?

Parenting can be painful, especially during the teenage years. Together we can find the courage to navigate the uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure it takes to stay present and loving with our teens at home.

Your words and reactions make an imprint that lasts for years to come and can really mitigate the stress that teens face.

I believe our job as parents is to help our teens believe in and belong to themselves. And to make sure that our teens know they are loved and lovable, and that no matter what they belong.

In order to create an environment of belonging for our teens, we must first sift through the tough emotions that are all too present in us while parenting. We do this through collective assembly and the creation of courageous spaces for us to be fully seen and to share our joy, hope, and pain.

Teenagers want to grow up to be independent and still be loved for who they are. I want to empower parents or caregivers to be impactful.

Part of the mission of this group is to encourage everyone to consider the world from a teen’s perspective. This group is not about making a common enemy of our teens. It’s about healing through community and leveraging each other in a way that encourages growth, and learning.

Our next cohorts start on Dec. 11th! We will meet Sundays at 9 & 10:30am: Dec. 11th, Dec. 18th, Jan. 8th, Jan. 15th, Jan. 22nd, Jan. 19th, Feb 5th & Feb. 12th
